Refund Policy

All tickets purchased to Backwoods 2023 are considered non-refundable. Backwoods is a rain-or-shine event. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances including postponement of the event dates, change of venue, artist cancelations from the lineup, weather, or other acts of God.

Refundable Ticket Add-Ons

A refundable ticket add-on option is offered at the time of checkout for a limited time. You may chose to make your non-refundable tickets “refundable” only by purchasing the refundable ticket add-on. One add-on per ticket must be purchased, and only a number of tickets equal to the number of refundable ticket add-ons purchased shall be refunded upon request. All requests to exercise the refundable ticket add-on options must be made within the dates as listed on the order. Refunds for tickets made refundable with this add on shall be provided with no questions asked if during the allotted time period. The cost of the refundable ticket add-on is non-refundable. No other items on the order shall be refunded other than the tickets for entry associated with each add-on. Refunds can only be processed back to the original card which made the purchase. If you no longer have the card, you will need to contact your financial institution.

Artist No-shows

When you purchase a ticket to Backwoods at Mulberry Mountain, you are purchasing a ticket to the festival “as a whole” regardless who performs or is advertised on the lineup. You are not purchasing tickets to a concert for a specific artist or act, and Backwoods does not sell tickets to specific artist performances. If an act which was advertised on the schedule cancels, does not show, or is not able to play for whatever reason at the event, your ticket shall remain non-refundable.

Postponement of Event

If the event overall needs to be rescheduled for any reason, your ticket shall be made valid for the rescheduled dates and shall remain non-refundable. In the case of a complete festival postponement, we will make your non-transferrable tickets transferrable to a third party if you so desire.

Change of Venue

Your tickets shall remain non-refundable and will be valid for entry and attendance at a new venue shall Backwoods have to move the event for any reason.

Weather & Acts of God

This is a rain-or-shine event. All tickets shall remain non-refundable in the case of bad weather, rain outs, or acts of God.

Merchandise, Add-Ons, & Service Fees

All Backwoods Merchandise is non-refundable. All add-ons such as car passes, rv passes, upgraded campsites, and refundable ticket add-ons are all non-refundable. Ticket service fees and credit card processing fees if charged by the ticketing provider shall remain non-refundable.

Complete Cancelation of Event

If Backwoods cancels the event in its entirety, and does not postpone the event, all tickets shall be refunded.

Transferred Tickets or Third Party Tickets

All tickets purchased from a third party, or tickets transferred to another party shall be non-refundable under all circumstances including complete event cancelation.

Backwoods reserves the right to adjust this policy at any time. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein by purchasing any item or ticket from Backwoods.
