How to Hula-Hoop

Is hula-hooping like riding a bike? We suppose you’ll provide us the answer seeing as it’s most likely something you haven’t done in years. Riding a bike, however, you probably did yesterday.Let’s recap proper technique:

  1. Step into the middle of the hoop.
  2. Pull up the hoop to around the waist.
  3. Then, spin the hoop while moving the hips in a back and forth motion.
