Event terms and conditions, agreed to at checkout

By purchasing this ticket you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of your ticket, which represents an agreement between you and Backwoods. You agree to the No Refund Policy as outlined for this event. By attending the event you agree to hold Backwoods and it's affiliates, producers, members, managers, and subsidiaries harmless from any and all claims be it before, during, or after the event arising from your participation in the event including but not limited to injury or death. This ticket may not be transferred or resold to a third party without the permission of Backwoods. Backwoods reserves the right to eject you without refund from the property and festival for any reason including but not limited to behavior at the event which Backwoods deems illegal or dangerous to yourself, the property, or other attendees. No drugs, illegal substances, glass, weapons, knives, guns are allowed on property. Any which is found upon entry will be confiscated.

Event refund policy

All sales are final. This is a rain or shine event. No refunds are provided under any circumstances. Dates subject to change in situations outside of the Festival's control. The Festival shall make every attempt to have artists show up and play as intended, but cannot control no-shows due to artist cancelation. Individual artists who do not perform at Backwoods shall not be cause for refund. Shall the event in its entirety have to be rescheduled, ticket buyers will be provided a credit (ticket) towards the rescheduled show at no additional cost. YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT: The name of the Event Organizer or PromoTix shall show on your credit card statement for all transactions and orders purchased through this site. Backwoods Lifer Terms and Conditions

YOU ARE PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP TO ACCESS SPECIFIC BENEFITS PROVIDED TO SUBSCRIBERS: Backwoods Lifer subscriptions must be in place for a minimum of 10 months (10 payments received) to receive a ticket to the annual festival. For those subscriptions which have not met the 10 month minimum rule, you may opt to purchase your Backwoods Ticket by paying the difference between your then current total subscription payments, and the remaining cost of the ticket in your first year upon request. You must have an active subscription at the time a ticket for a festival is generated. Tickets will be generated 5-7 days prior to any annual festival. Not all Trail to the Woods events may be eligible for included membership attendance and there is a limit of 1 (one) Trail to the Woods ticket included annually per subscription. Backroads Tour events are limited to 2 (two) events annually per subscriber. 10% discounts at the official Merchandise Booth can be redeemed by showing proof of your membership. 10% discounts for merchandise can also be redeemed online using a special discount code upon request.

ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS A MEMBERSHIP AND YOU AGREE THAT ALL PAYMENTS MADE HAVE BEEN MADE FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THE SUBSCRIPTION FOR ACCESS TO THE BENEFITS AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. BACKWOODS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. ALL TICKETS ISSUED TO BACKWOODS LIFER SUBSCRIBERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND HAVE NO FACE VALUE. ALL TICKETS ISSUED TO BACKWOODS LIFER SUBSCRIBERS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.

YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT

The name of the Event Organizer or PromoTix shall show on your credit card statement for all transactions and orders purchased through this site.

PRICING

Limited amounts of tickets may be available at different pricing structures throughout the time period leading up to an event. The Event Organizer reserves the right to change, raise, or lower the ticket or product pricing at any time and is not required to honor any previous pricing after the change has been made.

CANCELATION OF ORDERS

No refunds are given at any time unless the merchant has outlined a separate refund policy. Cancellations of orders are not accepted after the purchase of tickets.

POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT

Refunds are not provided if the event is postponed for a future date unless the merchant has outlined a separate refund policy.

CANCELATION OF EVENT

In the case of event cancellation by the Event Organizer, a full refund shall be provided for the base cost of the ticket price. Ticket Service Fees billed by PromoTix shall not be refunded by PromoTix, but may be refunded by the Event Organizer. Ticket service fees are considered earned for the service of ticket purchase and delivery, not for the event itself. The responsibility for the refund of the ticket price and all fees associated shall be fully born by the Event Organizer. In no way shall PromoTix be responsible for any refunds. This section shall overrule any Event Organizer specific terms which would contradict this paragraph, and a base ticket price refund shall be due to the purchaser, shall the Event Organizer cancel any event.

REFUND POLICY

Please review the Event Organizer set refund policy. By default, all events are non-refundable and are rain or shine.

TICKET RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise stated by the Merchant, all tickets are non-returnable. No refunds or returns on tickets will be taken at any time.

REFUNDABLE TICKET OPTIONS AND TICKET PROTECTION INSURANCE

Refundable ticket options such as insurance or refund protection may be purchased on some events at checkout. Shall the purchaser choose to purchase this optional protection, all refunds become the responsibility of the insurance underwriter if the reason for the refund falls within the insurance protection plan’s terms and conditions, and are not the responsibility of the Event Organizer. Shall the reason for refund fall outside of the refund protection program’s terms and conditions, the Event Organizer’s refund policy shall apply.

NON TRANSFERABLE

Unless otherwise noted by the Event Organizer, all tickets and orders are non-transferable.

REGISTERED TICKETS ONLY

Your ticket shall only be made valid if you have purchased it from our official website, PromoTix, or a PromoTix Ambassador, and your information has been registered with us placing the ticket in your name. Purchasing tickets from third parties, or other individuals, may cause your ticket to be invalid and not accepted at the event. This is to prevent scams and fraud. To be sure you have a true ticket for the event, purchase only through our official website and ticketing partner. If you are asked for a valid photo ID at the gate, it must match the name registered to your ticket, or you will be denied entry.

INDEMNIFICATION & LIABILITY

YOU agree to assume the risk associated with your attendance and participation in the event. You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer and PromoTix, Inc. from any and all liability regarding your attendance at the event, including injury and death.
