The Backwoods Camping and Music Festival was a must see 3 day music and art festival located in Oklahoma. Nine years in the making, the festival started as a gathering of local artists and musicians in the woods. Today, a new festival Backwoods at Mulberry Mountain takes place in Arkansas deep in the heart of the Ozark National Forrest.
The festival in 2018 will have art installations by festival famous artists, and places to “hang out” built in the middle of the woods. Secret passages and speakeasys, lights, sounds, and visuals throughout the national forrest will bring a new magical experience. Bring your hammocks and relax in the shade, or layout in the sun on a towel to tan, all while listening to the best in indie, jam band, and electronic.
People attend Backwoods from every state and multiple countries around the world. Only love prevails at Backwoods.
Multiple stages and other artistically built magical venues located in the middle of the woods, crank out the music daily from the early afternoon until the wee hours in the morning. In 2018 the music will be non-stop 24 hours a day for those who like to stay up late. A true all night party in the woods.
Sit back and watch the 2016 recap video and official aftermovie, with music by 2016 headliners Big Gigantic and Autograf. Travel to another world at Backwoods at Mulberry Mountain this year.
